Due to the nature of secondhand clothing, we do not issue refunds or returns. All of our product are in good pre-loved condition and any fault to them is noted and photographed. Do make sure that you are happy with the item before purchasing. We have regular in person events where you can come and try to items IRL so make sure to sign up to stay in the know.
